Join Lea from Edinburgh Zine Library to learn more about their research into Wellcome Collection’s zines, and look at how zines and Artists’ Books have approached experiences of health, illness and disability. Have a go making your own to explore how we might use zines, Artists’ Books and other DIY publications to think about our own experiences, share those experiences with others, build community, and engage in advocacy and activism.

Got a zine project you’ve started but just never finished? Got a burning idea for a zine but don’t know where to start? Always wanted to make zines but not sure what to make them about? Join Edinburgh Zine Library for a special ABM/EZF “Unfinished Zine Club”. Read zines from the EZL collection for inspiration, chat through your ideas, try out different materials, or have someone hold you accountable!
